Theodore F. Craver, Jr.
Mr. Craver is the Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of EIX (since 2008). He has been a Director of EIX since 2007 and of SCE since 2008. Mr. Craver has served as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of EMG (2005 to 2008), and Executive Vice President (2002 to 2004), Chief Financial Officer (2000 to 2004) and Treasurer (1996 to 2004) of EIX. Before joining the Company as Vice President and Treasurer in 1996, Mr. Craver served as executive vice president and corporate treasurer of First Interstate Bancorp (1991 to 1996) and executive vice president and chief financial officer of First Interstate’s wholesale banking subsidiary (1986 to 1991). He has been a director of Health Net, Inc. since 2005. Mr. Craver is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where he also received his MBA degree.
