Richard T. Schlosberg, III
Mr. Schlosberg has been a Director of EIX and SCE since 2002. He has served as president and chief executive officer of The David and Lucile Packard Foundation, a private family foundation (1999 to 2004), publisher and chief executive officer of The Los Angeles Times (1994 to 1997), and executive vice president and Director of The Times Mirror Company, a media communications company (1994 to 1997). Mr. Schlosberg has been a director of eBay Inc. since 2004, and served as a director of BEA Systems, Inc. from 2005 to 2008. He is chairman of the board of the Kaiser Family Foundation. Mr. Schlosberg is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, and holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School. |
